Genius dish: La Ciccia’s baby octopus stew. Simplicity itself. Tender baby octopus in tomato sauce flavored with the mild, pulsing heat of pepperoncino calabrese. A versatile dish with wine. Natural with Vermentino. And with the Burgundy-like Schiava wine from Bolzano, a different aspect of the dish is revealed. Genius!
